"Just recently, I put a request in to change my insurance coverage and change my vehicle use from business to commute after noticing it was set incorrectly, and I was nervous because the changes still didn't go into effect close to an payment due date for my insurance. However, Lori reassured me that they were working on my case and it would take a while longer because she has asked the company to go back as far as they can to remove the designation from 'business' use, which would help lower the insurance rate. As a result, I should wait past the due date until the changes are fully processed to pay. I was nervous that I would receive a late payment fee, but she reassured that during this waiting period, I would not be charged with any extra fees and would make sure the insurance wouldn't cancel.

After waiting just a week or so more, I received an email back from Lori saying the insurance coverage and vehicle usage were both revised, reducing the rate noticeably! I also got an extension on the payment date by a month! I really appreciate the dedication she had to my case, and am glad I have chosen to be insured by State Farm."
